Cloprod Refund Policy: Order Status and Refund Guidelines

We currently do not offer returns. The way we process your refund request depends on the status of your order.


Order Status: "Paid"

- We will promptly issue a full refund to you.


Order Status: "In Production", "Production Completed", or "Qualified"

- We will deduct the cost of the products from your total and refund you the remaining amount.


Order Status: "Shipped"

- Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund requests at this stage.


Order Status: "Delivered"

- If you have any concerns, please reach out to our customer service within 15 days of delivery, and we will strive to find a satisfactory solution.


Order Status: "Completed"

- This status is applied 15 days after delivery. At this point, we are unable to process any refund requests, as the reimbursement deadline has passed.


Please keep in mind that all refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
