If you notice a shift in the position of your printed design, please be aware of the following:
1. Placement Tolerance:
- During the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing process, slight shifts in print position can occur. These are typically due to factors such as garment movement or material stretching.
- Cloprod maintains a placement error tolerance of 1 cm. This means that if the printed design is shifted by 1 cm or less from the intended position, it is considered within the acceptable range and is not eligible for a refund.
2. Reasons for Placement Errors:
- Garment Movement: The garment may shift slightly during the printing process due to the type of fabric, thickness, or tension on the printing pallet.
- Material Stretching or Shifting: Some materials may stretch or shift slightly, leading to small variations in the final print placement.
3. Next Steps:
- If the shift is within the 1 cm tolerance, it is considered normal and part of the DTG printing process.
- If the shift exceeds 1 cm, please contact our customer service team. Provide your order ID and clear pictures of the issue. Our team will review the situation and take appropriate action, which may include a replacement or other resolution.
We strive to minimize placement errors and ensure the highest quality in our printing process. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We are here to help!
