Can I change my order after payment?

If the order status is marked as "Paid" or any status beyond that, you will need to contact our customer service team in order to make any changes.


However, if the order status is still "Paid," you can cancel the order on your own. Simply go to the "Order Details" page and click the "Refund" button. Once you do this, a full refund will be processed and issued to you immediately.
