If you see a "Low resolution" alert, you have two options to resolve the issue:
1. Submit a Higher Resolution File:
- Upload a new file with a minimum resolution of 75 DPI. For the best print quality, we recommend a resolution of 150 DPI or higher.
2. Reduce the Image Size:
- You can reduce the size of the image in our Design Creator until the "Low resolution" alert is removed. However, please note that resizing the image may affect the appearance and clarity of your design.
