How do I track the status of my refund?

To check the status of your refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Orders.
  2. Locate the order for which you requested a refund and view its current status.

If the order status indicates "Refunded," this means that the funds have been returned to the original payment method used for the initial purchase. If the status is different, please note that your refund request is still under review.

Additionally, you can view your order status in your transaction history. To access your transaction history, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Billing > Transaction Record.
  2. Click on "Order Details" to see the transaction information for all your orders.
